 Fitness Program Features:

 Personal Training and Membership options:

  • 30 minute, 45 minute, or one hour personal training sessions to meet your needs and available time. All training packages include a cardiovascular membership, allowing you to come in any of our open hours to do your cardio program.
  • Membership packages that include monthly personal trainingto keep you on track and accountable.*

Both options include:

  • The Functional Movement Screen (FMS), to identify movement and strength imbalances.
  • The Bod Pod to determine your body composition and daily caloric needs.
  • Dedicated time for setting short and long-term goals.
