Our Staff

Personal Trainers who stand out from the crowd are those who exhibit a strong passion for their work. You can tell by observing that they are invested in what they do. Our trainers fit that description. They have decided to make fitness their chosen career and pursue it with enthusiasm and purpose. All have obtained an exercise related degree and/or an advanced level personal training certification from a nationally recognized institution. Learning is a never ending process and our staff attends continuing education programs on a regular basis. Good Bodies trainers are focused, professional, and punctual. As a group they have the knowledge and skills to work with the specific needs of a wide range of individuals. Together, they function as a team to bring the right combination of fitness and wellness resources to each client. Education:  Graduated from The Ohio State University in 1997; Recreation Education degree with strong emphasis in Exercise Physiology.  
Certifications Obtained:  Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist (AAHFP), Resistance Training Specialist (RTS), Precision Nutrition, Functional Movement Screen.
