What has personal training allowed you to do? Working with a personal trainer and attending Body Performance (BP) / Total Body Adventure (TBA) classes has helped me achieve my weight loss goal, body fat percentage goal and has given me more balanced muscle strength in working all areas of my body. Since beginning at Good Bodies, I have lost 15 pounds of fat and gained 9 pounds of lean mass. Thanks Good Bodies!*

What do you like best about Good Bodies? Wow…where do I begin? The staff at Good Bodies is extraordinary; professional, friendly, and enthusiastic in helping clients achieve their goals. I particularly enjoy the wide variety of services offered. The combination of personal training sessions and attending BP/TBA classes 2-3 times a week has been a great mix for me. The best part, it is fun, motivating and challenging. Thanks Whitey and Beth!! You have been instrumental in changing my life.*

What has been your biggest obstacle to success?  How did you overcome it?  It took me over a year after beginning at Good Bodies to finally realize (or shall I say accept) proper nutrition must be coupled with exercise to achieve my fitness and weight loss goals. A little friendly competition is always a good motivator for me. For this last Biggest Change Competition, I lived each day according to everything I have learned from the Good Bodies staff; and it paid off.  I’m excited about my new challenge of maintaining a balanced, healthy and fit lifestyle.*

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:  Did you add more weight? Can I lift that?

What has personal training allowed you to do? Personal training and exercise has allowed me to lose weight, feel stronger and more confident than ever before.   I have more energy at work and home and feel happiness on a richer and deeper level in my life. Lifting weights with Whitey, stretching in Yoga and dancing in Zumba are fun and rewarding on all levels.*

What do you like best about Good Bodies? I believe there is a real magic at Good Bodies. Good Bodies has people who care and reach out to clients even though they may not be directly training that person. Whitey has improved my strength and increased my endurance to the best level ever. Constance and Angela are helping me with balance and improving my breathing techniques. Greg helped me devise an exercise program and Beth has helped Julie and I realize the importance of proper food choices. Dalli is giving me great cardio in Zumba and the nutrition classes by Cassie and Stephanie have completely educated me about reading labels and healthy nutrition. I am grateful for all of the staff at Good Bodies and look forward to interacting with even more of you at some point in the future.*

What has been your biggest obstacle to success?  How did you overcome it?  I had a true knowledge deficit with exercise and nutrition and felt I was incapable of any real change. This recent Biggest Change Competition was the catalyst I needed to change my life. I started to see changes in Julie, began listening to Whitey and the other staff about how to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. Initially, I saw a little bit of change, which gave me motivation and now I am determined.*

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:  Whitey always asks if I am ok and I reply, “I’m good.”
