Amy and Sarah Welsh

Amy:

Profession / Company:  Sexual Assault Detective for City of Columbus

Time at Good Bodies:  Since June 2009

What has personal training, allowed you to do?Focus attention on myself again.  Sarah is my youngest child and I fell into the traditional "mom" trap.  It has been a long time since I put myself and my health first.  I was so focused on what my kids needed I totally neglected myself.  A side bonus is being able to bend over and tie my shoes without getting dizzy!*

What do you like best about Good Bodies?  The People!!  I was very intimidated when I first visited the facility.  I thought I would be looked down upon because of my "lack of physical fitness knowledge/level".  I met Jack when I walked in and he immediately put me at ease.  Everyone is very supportive and have really helped me along my journey.

Favorite Exercise:  Bench Press

Least Favorite Exercise:  Rows

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:
"Breath" We forget to breath all the time!  Poor Beth (my trainer) is going to have to do CPR at some point!  P.S. Beth needs to learn how to count!

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:  "I forgot to count".  I almost never count my exercises and end up doing more or less sometimes.

"I wanted to share that Rich was effusive in conveying how valuable the time was that he and Kitty spent with you for their training session. He also shared the follow-up materials were very helpful. We continue to see the deep value Good Bodies brings to our wellness mission and appreciate how hard you work to maintain the partnership.
