What has personal training, allowed you to do?  It has allowed me to overcome a major injury and stay active going into my 60's.  Beth's guidance and direction has allowed me to do our workouts on off days which keeps me in shape year round.*

What has been your biggest obstacle to success?  How did you overcome it?  I had microdiscectomy surgery 2 years ago and thankfully have had a complete recovery because of the shape I was in before surgery and the program Beth put together for after surgery.

What do you like best about Good Bodies?   The personal attention you get and education on exercises and nutrition. I also enjoy my workouts and time spent with Beth Dolce.

 

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:  What part of my body will not be working after our workout today! That's going to leave a mark!

Favorite Exercise:  All, except TRX and jump rope
