What has personal training, allowed you to do? Personal training has helped our performance in sports, helped us get more done around the house, and improved our energy in general.
In only a few months of training, we’ve seen great results and learned a lot. I now see the muscles I never knew I had (not just feel them after a workout) and I find playing multiple soccer games in a row much easier. Dan has lost over 25 pounds and is feeling faster, more agile, and in better shape out on the soccer field.*
What has been your biggest obstacle to success? How did you overcome it? Our biggest obstacle is keeping our motivation up. Having a trainer to be accountable to in addition to each other helps us to avoid making excuses.
What do you like best about Good Bodies? Since it is a smaller gym and everyone has a trainer, it seems like there is more of a community feel.
Favorite Exercise: Hilary likes hanging leg lifts.
Least Favorite Exercise: Burpees!
Favorite phrase you use with your trainer: "Why do we pay him to hurt us?"
