Least Favorite Exercise: Legs, without a doubt. I'm infamous for being a real whiner during leg workouts.
What has personal training, allowed you to do? I'm over 60 years old and I'm able to do more in cardio and weight training than 20-30 yrs. ago. I also weigh less than I did in High School. God Bless Good Bodies!
What do you like best about Good Bodies?
The People. The trainers are outgoing, friendly, sincere, and make me feel like family. Then, there are the clients who always seem to be smiling and enjoying their experience.
