Jeffrey Strasser has been an incredible story of doing things the right way. Instead of the all-at-once approach, for the last 22 years he's trained at Good Bodies, he has changed one habit at a time realizing that long-term weight loss is a slow, consistent process.
Nutritional habits like exchanging water for soda, not having appetizers before meals, and choosing between a beer or dessert, are the kinds of decisions which have allowed Jeffrey to lose 78 pounds and keep them off long term! Personal training has allowed him to understand exercise and implement eating in moderation rather than eating too much of something, or completely restricting another type of food considered bad or unhealthy.
Jeffrey trains with Greg twice a week and swims on the other days understanding that activity is very important to his progress and long-term health. While his favorite exercise is swimming, Jeffrey still enjoys coming to the gym to see his friends and push the sled out in the parking lot. His advice to others is to "try and find exercises you enjoy"!
What does Jeffrey love most about Good Bodies? " It feels like family".
