What has personal training allowed you to do? In one year, I lost 25 pounds, built a stronger core and have been able to get back to activities that I enjoy like golf, hiking, boogie and paddle boarding.*

What do you like best about Good Bodies? It is a very positive and friendly adult environment.  The trainers and staff are supportive and fun.

What has been your biggest obstacle to success?  How did you overcome it?  My biggest obstacle to success has been to change my eating habits to help me reach my overall goals.  Trainers helped me set realistic expectations and eating came into line after a couple of months working out.

Favorite phrase you use with your trainer:  You increased the weight again didn't you?

"The Restorative Yoga workshop I attended was a wonderful experience. As I held each gentle pose, my body relaxed into each stretch and my mind was freed from all agitation. I had no sense of time passing. I was only aware of my body resting and releasing all tension. When the session ended I was amazed that 2 hours had passed. I was at peace physically and mentally.
